1. What languages are supported?

2. Can YarakuStick be used overseas?

Yes.

3. How many hours can I use at one time?

There are no restrictions.

4. Do I need an active internet connection?

Yes, Wifi connection is required.

5. Is there a text-to-speech function?

No.

6. Are external monitors supported?

Currently not supported.

7. How do I connect it with YarakuZen?

Enter a passcode created in YarakuZen to pair the device with your YarakuZen account. Connecting with YarakuZen allows you to record conversations and use your YarakuZen phrases and terms.

8. How long does the battery last?

Standby time is up to 7 days and continuous usage is up to 6 hours.

Product Quality

1. How is the translation quality?

Quality can vary based on environmental factors, such as ambient noise, speaker volume, and content of the conversation. Based on testing feedback, accuracy is estimated at 50-80%.

2. How fast is the translation speed?

Speed depends on the network connection, but there is a delay of 1-5 seconds after speaking.

3. What should I do if there is a fault in the product?

Please contact our support. We will respond within 3 business days.

Security

1. What about security?

Data is transmitted and received in a secure form encrypted by SSL. It will not be shared with other parties.

2. Who can access the data?

User only. No other access is allowed.

3. Can I share my device with others?

Yes. The account switch function allows you to change the user account.

Pricing & Integration

1. Can I actually see it before launch?

2. What is the pricing system?

Initial cost + Monthly usage fee. Please check here for more details.

3. What is the contract type and contract period?

It is a one-year contract for each unit.

4. What is the contract process and payment method?

– Contract process

① fill in a quote and an application form sent by us.

② the introduction process will begin.

③ we will send an invoice for the initial introduction fee + monthly basic fee for 12 months, payable by bank transfer.

– Monthly usage payment method For the monthly usage fee, we will calculate the usage time every month and send a monthly report. Depending on the usage time, we will also send an invoice.

5. Can I cancel in the middle of my contract?

Yes. However, already paid fees are non-refundable.

6. Can I make a contract as a personal user?

No. Only corporate contracts are available.
